This letter is written as an invitation for you to share in a new and exciting venue, in which you can communicate to the church community at large, events and activities that are going on within your congregation.

Raise The Praise Church and Community News is a publication committed to Raising The Praise in our local Church and Community.

Raise The Praise Church and Community News that is operated by a group of local pastors, will be publishing its first issue on June 27, 2008. We are asking that you would forward to us any activity that you would like to have included in this issue no later than June 24, 2008. As an introductory offer, we will be publishing your Church Order of Service free of charge for the first month and providing you with 25 complimentary copies of the paper each week during the month.

Newspapers will be available for pick up on Friday June 27, 2008 after 12 noon at our distribution center in the Annex Facility of the Beulah Baptist Church, located at 1451 E 100th. Street.

Should you desire to continue to have your order of service published each week, there will be a monthly fee of $90.00 per month for a single-spaced listing and $145.00 per month for a double-spaced listing; which includes your ability to have one editorial ad per week published at no charge (without pictures) and you will receive 50 newspapers per week. Additional Services are also available as per the attached fee schedule.

Should you choose to participate immediately following the introductory period
(July 2008), the initial $50.00 set up fee for publication will be waived; afterward the fee will be applicable.
